1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5~10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
2. Where is my order coming from?
We work with global suppliers to bring you the best beauty products. Most of our items are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in Asia.
3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.
4. What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel or update it. Once shipped, no changes can be made.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States only. We are working on expanding our service to other countries soon.
7. Are your products cruelty-free or vegan?
Yes! Most of our beauty products are cruelty-free, and we offer a range of vegan options as well.
